Software Development Manager up to £65k +excellent benefits Sussex*Surrey Border
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a high profile multinational company with responsibility to deliver a new generation of business critical systems.
The role of Software Development Manager is a very high profile management level position with ultimate responsibility for the quality and delivery of a range of new Software Development Projects*Applications. You will also have major input in to the development of the company`s architecture*infrastructure and make recommendations and proposals to its continual enhancement. The role also involves managing a team of developers and working very closely with internal departments and external suppliers.
To apply for this role you will be a highly dynamic individual working at the forefront of software development in a structured environment. Ideally you will already be at management level but candidates with a solid development background will be considered. You will have excellent analytical skills and a keen interest in the latest technologies. Although this role is not "hands on" you need to have a thorough understanding of programming, in particular C# and .NET, and understand the entire development lifecycle including full system architectures. You will have excellent documentation skills and be able demonstrate a very methodical approach to delivering projects within set parameters*procedures.
